If you're ok with it, we're fine with them hanging out in the yard with us while we scoop. We'll play with them and give them a treat or two (only if it's ok with you) before we leave.
Each service includes a text ahead of arrival, sanitized equipment to ensure there's no cross contamination of possible harmful bacteria from other dogs, scooping all the dog poop from your yard, double bagged and knotted in fresh scented garbage bags, then deposited in your trash bin, and secure gate photos so you know your dog's area is safe and secure.

Our Terms Of Service
Pricing Policy
– Quotes in most cases are accurate; however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
– Clients who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.
Payment Policy
– We only charge for service after each service is completed.
– Payments for all types of cleanups (initial, one-time and recurring) are due upon completion of the job.
– If payments are two or more services late, you will be subject to a $10 late fee and your service will be paused until your account is paid.
– When first linking a debit or credit card to your online portal, a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. No money is taken out of your account.
Winter Policy
– The Poop Patrol - Pet Waste Removal LLC operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe, regardless of rain, light snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
– If it snows significantly up to 2 days before your next scheduled service, that service will be skipped as their will be little to no poop visible for us to cleanup.
– If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe or snowed-over conditions (where the poop is no longer visible), we will perform double duty the following service, and you will not be charged for the skipped service. Any poop hiding under the wintery blanket of concealment will be scooped as the snow melts over the following weeks.
No Access Policy
– If The Poop Patrol is unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked, you will still be charged for the cleaning. However, The Poop Patrol will pull double duty the following service.
– Your pet waste technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified via the customer portal as well.
Dangerous Pet Policy
– At The Poop Patrol, we LOVE dogs! Our technicians have no issue working with your dog in the yard.
– If it is evident that your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean the yard, we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling/texting, and updating your online portal. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit and The Poop Patrol will pull double duty the following service.
Cancellation Policy
– The Poop Patrol has no contracts, and clients can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48 hours notice. Clients can call/text to cancel or update their subscription plan through the customer portal at Client Dashboard (sweepandgo.com)
– Clients that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
